Chapters 11 and 12 Summary

In Chapter 11, Colie watches Morgan and Isabel get ready to go out. Then, the two girls turn to Colie, putting on makeup and fixing her hair—giving her the makeover she needs for a girls' night out. It's the Fourth of July, so the big night out in Colby is at the beach to watch the fireworks. Isabel sends Colie to the car for anther six-pack of beer and a boy named Josh accidentally collides with Colie.
