Dr. Harold 'Harry' Carpenter

Dr. Harold Carpenter, or Harry, is a scientist who is attempting to find a way to break off pieces of the polar ice cap and take it to countries that have been devastated by drought. Harry is a kind, intelligent man who wants to save the world through his work, but not in the least egotistical. With his wife, Harry is leading an expedition to break off a piece of the polar ice cap and monitor it as it moves into the ocean's currents in order to figure out a safe way for ships to transport these icebergs to places where water is in great demand.
