Three Pines is the village being used to funnel drugs from Canada into the United States. It is the village where the cobrador appears on the village green and then disappears a few days later in conjunction with the murder of Katie.

The Bistro

The bistro is the center of events in Three Pines. It is where people in the village gather to celebrate good times or comfort each other when things are bad. The bistro also turns out to be the place to which the boxes of fentanyl are delivered to the head of the United States cartel.
