Chapter 20

Paine received a check from the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary for $1,000 for reporting the Coral Queen. He hadn't reported it, he told the officials. They said that whoever reported it used his name. They told him to keep the money. He didn't know that Noah had used his name when he called them. A group of fishing guides petitioned the Post Guard to reissue Paine's captain's license. The Coast Guard agreed to return the license to Paine after he finished an anger management course.
