John Vaillant

John Vaillant is the author of Fire Weather: On the Front Lines of a Burning World, a work of nonfiction. He is Canadian-American and a National Book Award finalist. Vaillant's investigative journalism is exhaustively researched and detailed. His other nonfiction works, The Golden Spruce and The Tiger, were national bestsellers. He won the coveted Windham-Campbell prize for nonfiction, a global award. He has also written one work of fiction called The Jaguar's Children. Vaillant works and writes in Vancouver.
