Chapters 15-20 Summary

In Chapter 15, Christian comes to Ana's apartment and presents her with a new car for her graduation. Ana refuses to accept it until he promises that it is only a loan. Then they go into the apartment and share some champagne before settling on the couch to go over the soft and hard limits of the contract. Christian explains the things Ana does not understand and expresses his desire to include each item on the list. Ana agrees to most of it, but expresses concern about the punishments Christian has listed in the contract. They then retire to the bedroom.

In Chapter 16, as they lay in bed, Christian discusses birth control with Ana, suggesting that she see his doctor. Christian then rises to leave and they once again enter a conversation about Dominant and Submissive. Ana rolls her eyes at Christian...
