The Importance of Appearance
A is in a different body every single day. This is his life and he has come to expect that appearance truly doesn’t matter. The truth is that it does, and A has to admit that as he sees the reactions of those around him to the different bodies he inhabits. A prime example of this is when A is in the body of Finn, an obese teenage boy who has apparently come to accept his appearance. A notes that Finn has “retreated from the world,” which is probably his way of coping with the reactions of other people.
