Chapters 25-27 and Epilogue Summary

Edward gathers the pieces of the two dismembered vampires and burns them. Then Edward turns to Bella and gently coaxes her away from the sharp rock she has used to cut herself. Edward worries that Bella might be traumatized by what she has seen, but she is not. When Edward sees this, he berates her for cutting herself since he and Seth had the situation firmly under control. Edward then tells her that everything has gone well in the meadow below. Suddenly both Seth and Edward are seized by a vision of danger. Edward carries Bella quickly to the meadow before he tells her that Jacob has been injured.
