Prologue through Chapter 3 Summary

The Lost One is the sixth installment in author Lynne Ewing's Daughters of the Moon series. It centers on Tianna Moore, a teenage girl who awakens in a strange apartment to discover that she has lost all her memories and has no idea who she is. Through piecing together bits of information, she realizes that an evil force is trying to destroy her, but she also finds that she has powers of telekinesis that help her save herself and her new friends from the followers of Atrox. Eventually her bravery earns her status as a Daughter of the Moon and she finds the home and family that she has longed for since the murder of her own parents.
