Summary

Pepper recalls being dragged into a car by two men, Reece Brown and Bad Cologne, whom he recognizes as disciples of Notch Walker. After he manages to escape and shows up on Carney’s doorstep, Elizabeth reluctantly helps take care of him. Eager to understand why Walker’s men are after him, Pepper joins Carney a few days later as he stakes out Optimo, a bar used as a hangout by the Walker gang.
