Rainier Beach is the area of Seattle where D’Andre is killed when Trejo hits him with his car while D’Andre is hurrying home from a basketball game. It is learned that Trejo was carrying a pound of heroin in his car when he hit D’Andre. It is the reason that he did not stop.

Bremerton

Bremerton is the city where Trejo lives. It is where the Naval Base Kitsap is located. Tracy and the other detectives travel to Bremerton using the ferry. Even though Tracy technically has no jurisdiction in Bremerton, she still follows Trejo from his apartment to a park in the town in an attempt to find out who helped him avoid punishment for his crime.
