Chapters Thirteen and Fourteen Summary

Seth goes to work on the sketch of Dru's boat and Dru goes to work. The bell on the door jingles and a woman comes in who make Dru wonder if she is about to be robbed. Then she tells Dru she looks familiar and gives her a story that hinges on this woman being friends with her mother. Will McLean enters the store, and Gloria leaves as soon as she can, taking a dozen carnations with her. Will asks her if the woman was hassling her, telling Dru she didn't feel right. Dru agreed, telling him about her outrageous claim that she knew Dru's mother Katherine. No one called her Kathy. The name Harrow rings a bell, but Will is too tired to place it promising to return if and when he does. Dru later calls...
