Summary

Chapter 13 starts as Oliver and Luc talk about how they are going to present their fake relationship to others. Both agree that Bridget and Alex can know the truth. Eventually, Oliver says Luc can stay, though their sarcasm about their fake relationship becomes more awkward.

Luc begrudgingly turns on Jon's talent show called "The Whole Package." He finds it needlessly confusing, slow, and predictable. Yet, he keeps watching it until one young singer named Leo mentions that his song was a tribute to his late father. When Jon comforts Leo, Luc is enraged and struggles to explain why. Oliver admits that his father died before he was born and he regrets not having met him. Overwhelmed, Luc closes his eyes.

Chapter 14 starts as Oliver wakes Luc up and the two joke about their predicament. They start a complicated conversation about Uber and capitalism...
