Summary

"London" opens by introducing Muwekma "Moe" Ohlone. Moe was an Indian man from Goa State, a poverty-stricken area in Western India. Moe supposedly placed second in his class on an admission exam for the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). Moe hated cheaters and believed he was robbed of first place on the exam by someone who cheated.

Moe ended up immigrating to the United States and worked for a "crap company out in Santa Crus" named Paz (238). Paz was trying to craft a universal remote control. In the 1980's, the remote "was the original online" (239). The universal remote was difficult for developers to perfect, but, in 1988, Paz announced that they created a unimote. It was unknown whether they truly crafted one, but Principal thinks it was a smart marketing strategy. Paz hired Moe, whose visa was about to expire. He is made into...
