Summary

In Chapter 8, Tracker and Leopard meet with the slaver in an old building known as the collapsed tower. With the slaver is an extremely tall and strong man from people known as the Ogo. The man is called Sadogo. There is also a mercenary named Nsaka and a witch named Sogolon. Sadogo, Nsaka, and Sogolon have also been hired by Amadu to track the boy. They meet with a shapeshifter named Bunshi, who speaks to them of some of the political discord in the North Kingdom’s recent history. Bunshi speaks of a recent monarch and the prince who ruled under him; both rulers were often power-hungry and disliked by their subjects.
