Dr. Farnon is at it again. This time, he's striving for cleanliness and efficiency at the practice. He wants extra effort from Tristan and Herriot to put on a good show for their customers and be as professional as possible. His new plan will soon be put to the test. One of Dr. Farnon's old friends has a cow with a wire stuck in her second stomach.
