Summary

Chapter 19 – Felicity shows her poetry to Florentine, who tells Felicity the words are marvelous. Meanwhile, Mama considers what she’ll paint on the Gallery. She feels as if all her creativity has been robbed by staying in one place for too long. Felicity begins telling Florentine about all the beautiful things her mother has made in the past, such as paper flowers and beautiful paintings. This encourages and motivates Mama to begin painting. It is then that Felicity realizes breaking the Weatherly curse will set her mother free forever. When Felicity goes to sit on a bench, Florentine tells her not to sit on Abigail Honeycutt, who is invisible. She tells Felicia to ask Oliver about this. On the way home, Boone sings and plays the banjo for Mama and Felicity. Mama finds it sweet and likes the fact that Felicity has a crush...
