Chapters 11 - 15 Summary

Kevin realizes that if even Melanie can believe he might be involved, he may be in real trouble, and after watching the event on television, even he is in a cold sweat. Chris goes to Lt. Glitsky's office to press him for more action regarding the whole situation with both the Jerohm Reese acquittal and the Arthur Wade lynching. Kevin feels the best thing he can do is turn himself in, but then another appeal for justice against him is made by the leader of the African Nation Movement, Philip Mohandes, and he changes his mind.
