Summary

In Chapter 23, on Tuesday, Bat woke up before anyone else did. He fixed Thor’s food and fed him. When Bat looked down at Thor as he was finishing his formula, Bat noticed that Thor’s eyes were open. When Bat’s mom got up, Bat told her how beautiful he thought Thor’s eyes were. His mother noted that was the only time he had ever talked about a person’s eyes.

When Bat’s mother asked what color her eyes were, Bat told his mother were brown, She told him they were hazel. She asked him to look in her eyes and see if he could tell anything about her from looking into them. Bat said he thought he could tell more about a person by what the person said.
