Following is the text of the letter received by the New York Times on Monday, April 24, 1995, from the self-designated “terrorist group FC,” claiming responsibility for the serial bombings that the Federal Bureau of Investigation attributes to a single person or group in the case known as Unabom. The document is presented verbatim, with original spelling, emphasis and punctuation.
