D. Douglas Rehman is a founding member of the FBI’s Operation Innocent Images Task Force, which specializes in the identification and investigation of individuals exploiting children via computers. In the following viewpoint, Rehman contends that the Internet has made it easy for pedophiles to exchange child pornography and entice children into online or real sexual encounters.
