A life can change in an instant. Gordon Milby is proof of that. As a high school principal and former coach, Milby always took good care of himself; he ate right and exercised regularly. In 1995, most people would have described Milby at age forty-nine as the picture of health. But unknown to Milby, something was seriously wrong with his heart.
