what is the generalization of the muscular system?

The muscular system works in that the brain sends impulses to the nervous system for the skeletal muscles to move. Neves in the muscles receive the nessage and the muscles contract (which makes them shorter). These pull the bones that they are attached to. Muscles can't push back, so another muscle set pulls the bone back into position.
