Transcription means the production of messenger rna nucleotides from the genetic codon of the nucleolus. These MRNA now inturn move to the cytosol to become template for TRNA.As the transfer Rna are being produced and coupled in sequence using the Mrna as template, they carry the triplet codon from the gene at one end where they are attached to the mrna, while the corresponding aminoacid is at the other end being attached to each other via disulphide bonds. So protein is synthesised in the cytosol while the nucleotides Mrna are synthesised in the nucleolus.
