Rosemary is an older woman who looks very good for her age, supposedly due to the fact that she eats a lot of health food. Jim suspects she is much older than she looks when she says something about her children being doctors and having older grandchildren. It is Rosemary that goes to a bakery contest with Jim that he has to cover for the newspaper. On the way Rosemary explains that she thinks something bad has happened to William.
