Mary Iacocca worked as a receptionist at the Ford Assembly Plant in Chester, Pennsylvania. She and Lee were introduced in 1948 at a reception at the Bellevue Stafford Hotel in Philadelphia. They gor married on September 29, 1956, and later bought a home in Washington, Maryland. Shortly after purchasing the house, the couple learned that Lee was being transferred to Dearborn, Michigan. The couple had two children Lia and Kathi. Mary Iacocca died in 1983.
