What does Cathy beg of Nelly after her confession in Chapter 24? How does Nelly respond?

At the end of her story, Cathy begs Nelly not to tell father. Mr. Linton overhears Nelly thinking the matter over aloud, and forbids any more visits. Cathy's father tells her that Linton is allowed to visit the Grange, but that her visits to the Heights are not to continue.
