Who is Paul Brophy from Total Control and what is their importance?

Paul Brophy is an associate attorney with Tyler Stone, Paul Brophy is an opportunist above all else, who will change allegiances based upon his own potential for gain. He has aligned himself with Phillip Goldman, primary counsel for RTG, and is conspiring with Goldman to sabotage the Triton/CyberCom deal. Paul's assignment is to follow Sidney in order to obtain the crucial disk, which will expose Gamble's criminal activity and sour the CyberCom acquisition.
