Who is Al Capone from The Neutronium Alchemist Conflict and what is their importance?

Al Capone is one of the novel's main antagonists. Unlike other characters, however, he tends to remain in the background, working through his men and large fleet of ships. Al Capone is the same Al Capone as the famous gangster who ran illegal operations in Chicago in the 1920s. He has returned from the beyond to possess a body on the planet of New California, where he runs the huge Organization, a government and military force of the possessed intent on defeating the Confederation.
