What does Trina recognize about Deedee and herself in Chapter 60?

Trina recognizes that Deedee is somehow immune to the infection, and that she herself has it, and that Deedee has to be taken to the people who can make things better before they all go insane. They all go on board. Mark is horrified that Trina, who says he seems familiar, is slowly losing her mind.
