What is the narrator point of view in the novel, The Butterfly Girl?

The Butterfly Girl is narrated in third person from several perspectives. However, the author limits the perspectives to only one or two at a time. The majority of the novel is focused on either Celia or Naomi at any given time, though there is some overlap when the two characters are together.
