Ingo is the king of thieves in the Shambles neighborhood of Marianstat. Ingo recognizes Mickle as the queen when she escapes from the castle. Mickle hides out in Ingo's basement. It becomes the headquarters of her government. Ingo was a friend of Hanno, who took Mickle in and raised her when she was orphaned as a little girl. Ingo uses his contacts in the underworld to get information and help Mickle in her plans to take back the government from Cabarrus.
