The rock wall at Camp Sunshine is symbolic of challenges. When Diego first encounters the wall, he is afraid to go up. He will not do so until Jarrett climbs ahead of him. Finally, the rest of the Teen Group hoists Diego out of his chair and up to the top of the wall. The experience symbolizes the individual's ability to overcome challenges with the help of his friends and community.
