In Romeo and Juliet Act 2 Scene 3, what is the Friar's plan?

The Friar, after a long discussion with Romeo, agrees to marry them. He says that since Romeo has been banished, it will make things easier to 'elope'. He will make arrangements to get Juliet to him and Friar will marry them in Mantua.
