That would be Norman Bates. Marion Crane starts out as the main character but Hitchcock makes the clever switch a third of the way through the film.

This is for sure Norman Bates. If you watch the movie carefuly, you may notice that all the key events are related to Norman Bates, so he is definitely the main character there. By the way, the fact that Norman is the main character made me like the movie so much
