What does Q decide after seeing the changes at the mini mall?

Q knows Margo has been there after they parted ways. So Q decides to wait for her. It occurs to him that it would be very "unMargo" for her to stay there, as boring as it was. But Q realizes that it only seems "unMargo" because he doesn't really know her. Perhaps no one does.
