What is the main conflict

The conflict involves a woman (Rinthy) who bears her brother's baby. The brother, Culla, leaves the baby in the woods to die, but he tells his sister that the newborn died because it was already sick. Rinthy discovers this to be untrue: she decides to search for the baby for herself.
