What is the narrator point of view in the novel, Open Water?

The novel is written in second person from the perspective of an unnamed narrator who is speaking directly to the photographer. The reader may assume that the narrator is the author or the photographer's subconscious. The narrator seems to know everything the photographer is feeling and sometimes what the dancer is feeling.
