The author writes the novel using the alternating points of view of, Emil, Brighton, Maribelle, and Ness. The majority of Infinity Son is conveyed through the Rey brothers' perspectives, with occasional chaptered interjections by their companions, Maribelle and Ness. While Emil is technically the primary protagonist of the novel, the author's point of view divisions nuance the scope of the narrative world while also working to further characterize Emil's complicated identity. By allowing Emil to share the narration with those companions closest to him, the author proves the depth of Emil's humbleness and grace.
