Who is Alvina from the book, In the Valleys of the Noble Beyond: In Search of the Sasquatch?

Alvina is an elderly Indigenous woman of the Heiltsuk Nation who runs a bed-and-breakfast in Bella Bella, where Zada stays while in town. She is well-respected by all in the community and has many connections she uses to help Zada glean information about the Sasquatch.
