What is the setting of Foundation and Empire by Isaac Asimov?

The story is set in the Galaxy, as it would be in the future. The planet Trantor is the governmental center. Haven is the planet inhabited by the Traders..... a desolate place on the surface but underground living quarters are habitable. Kalgan is a planet that caters exclusively to those who want to play. The resort planet has a huge "spaceship hotel" where visitors can dock their ships while visiting the resort.
