Who is the protagonist in Flush by Carl Hiaasen?

Noah Underwood is the protagonist for Flush, the novel. He lives in the Florida Keys with his parents and enjoys being outside, swimming, fishing, and boating. Life is typical for him until his father is arrested for sinking the Coral Queen a casino ship that moored nearby. As the story unfolds, Noah has to come to terms and reconcile where he stands on various ecological issues, especially when he learns that his father did what he did to prevent the Queen from dumping anymore toxic waste from their bilges into the waters at night.
