Lisa, Election, is Tammy Warren's former best friend. Tammy tried to seduce Lisa and get her to become a lesbian with her. Lisa refused and instead started dating Tammy's brother, Paul. Lisa is nice in her own way but it is evident that her involvement with Paul is more about being involved in the politics and being seen with Paul.
