What idea does Weston bring up in Act Three?

In Act Three, Weston tells Wesley to take a bath and clean himself up. When Wesley leaves, Weston begins talking about their earlier discussion of joining the avocado growers association. Weston thinks it is a good deal, saying they can pick the avocados themselves and sell them directly to the company to cut down on the overhead.
