Menashe Lorenzci and his twin sister, Lea, arrived at Auschwitz just after their tenth birthday. Menashe was a messenger boy for Mengele during the war, and afterward, he was one of the few twins interviewed by the press during the liberation. Menashe became very sick, remianing in a Russian hospital for months after the war. Eventually, he and his sister made their way home where they were reunited with their father who'd been in a Russian labor camp. Menashe later married. He and his wife had three children.
