Menashe Lorenzci and his twin sister, Lea, arrived at Auschwitz shortly after they turned ten. Menashe was Mengele's messenger boy during the war. After the war, he was among the first of the twins interviewed during the liberation. Menashe and his sister later made their way back home, where they were reunited with their father. He had been sent to a Russian labor camp and saw them in the newspaper. Menashe eventually married and had three children.
