Aurelia is Julius Caesar's mother. She is described as the epitome of Roman womanhood..... intelligent, cunning, and ambitious for her son. Julius is smart enough to listen to her advice, and he does as she advises when it comes to the boni, Julia's marriage to Pompey, and her suggestion to run for Pontifex Maximus.
