What do the FBI agents respond after hearing Hank's statement in Chapter Eleven?

When he finishes, one of the agents says that there's "one thing wrong with your story." Hank expects the worst, but the agent says that the man Hank is calling FBI agent Baxter is really Vernon Bokovsky, a murderer and kidnapper. They then show Hank the garbage bag full of money he'd returned to the plane.
