Patchface from A Clash of Kings is a jester that entertains the Princess Shireen. He is the only survivor of the ill fated voyage that saw Stannis, Renly, and Robert's mother and father (queen and king) drown in the deep ocean. The ordeal has unhinged him and his mind is scrambled.
