Edmure Tully from A Clash of Kings is Catelyn Stark's younger brother. He is the only Tully male and is heir to Riverrun. He is also loyal to Robb, but earns Robb's distain when he does not follow Robb's order to hold Riverrun and instead wages war against Tywin across the river. This begins a series of events that will have devastating consequences in novels to come.
